Accounts Preparation

If you are a limited company then you are required to prepare accounts that must be filed with Companies House in a statutory format. Croshaw & Co will file all the annual accounts limited companies are required to submit to Companies House and HMRC, including a full CT600 Corporation Tax Return.

Having up to date and accurate management accounts is important in monitoring a businesses performance and taking action. We can either carry out this function for you or help you set-up internal systems to generate the information.
